Therapy for Residents of San Jose

You Don’t Have To Keep Abandoning Yourself

If you were the caretaker in your childhood home, you may have learned to ignore your own feelings. But that survival strategy can eventually lead to disconnection, low self-worth, and emotional exhaustion.

The Codependency Clinic helps adults who grew up in dysfunctional families—especially with narcissistic, alcoholic, or unpredictable caregivers—heal the wounds that still affect them today.

Our trauma-informed therapists use experiential and evidence-based methods to address codependency, complex PTSD, and the lingering effects of childhood trauma.

There is a version of you that feels calm, whole, and at peace. Let us help you find your way back to that self.
